The AAC 4 Inclusion project aims to raise awareness and strengthen the technical expertise of professionals working in the social and care sectors, enabling them to better support individuals with disabilities through the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). This approach offers alternative communication strategies to people who are unable to communicate verbally due to congenital or acquired disorders, often compounded by cognitive impairments.
The Erasmus+ Program is the European Union's flagship initiative for education, training, youth, and sport. It aims to promote mobility, cooperation, and innovation across Europe and partner countries worldwide. Erasmus+ supports students, educators, and professionals in gaining valuable international experience through study, training, work placements, and volunteering opportunities abroad.
For this project, the partners come from a diverse range of countries: Italy, Spain, Turkey, and Romania. This international collaboration brings together expertise and perspectives from Southern and Eastern Europe, fostering cultural exchange and innovation.The partnership allows for the sharing of best practices in education, training, and social initiatives, specifically aimed at raising awareness and strengthening the technical expertise of professionals working in the social and care sectors.

AAC Vademecum & Training
The AAC Vademecum & Training is a comprehensive resource designed to enhance the skills of professionals working in the social and care sectors, specifically focusing on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). This toolkit aims to raise awareness and bolster the technical expertise necessary for effectively supporting individuals with disabilities.
